I got up and had an omlet the size of my palm.
all it had was onions and greens in it. cooked on a little bit of butter.
I had two small tomatoes with it. and green tea.
then I had a meatball with fresh carrots, 3 small olives, small piece of brown bread toast, a cucumber. no sauce…a little salt.
Drank water.
Then I had a little bit of soup – no salt just pepper. and a tiny tomato with it.
After half an apple and a peach.
Exercised a little over an hour.
