I’m 17 and 210 lbs. and I have tried everything to lose weight every way possible but I just keep running back to the yum yums (food…lol), I started using Dance Dance Revolution this week because I heard it helps with losing weight and I also started to drink green tea with honey, but the cravings don’t stop. Someone please help me overcome the yum yum cravings? I’m heading off to college soon so I really need help trying to avoid the Freshman 15.

I have heard drinking 1-2 cups of green tea is good. Are there any food items we should avoid? Anything that might help? Some say is yoga is good but some of the yoga postures might be to avoid. Does keeping a stress free mind important?
I have tried losing weight a number of different ways. I use to walk 4 miles a day and I cut out fast food, fried food and soda and seen little to no results. I tried taking trim-spa, green tea, vinegar pills and 2 other kinds of diet pills I cannot recall the names of. I have put on 60 pounds over the last 2 years and I haven’t changed anything about my lifesyle or the way I eat. If anyone has any suggestions that might help or some pointers or weight loss success stories please I could use anything. Thank you.
I’m wanting to lose about 15 to 20 lbs in a time spand of a month and a half. So I’m cutting my calories by 1,000 a day. Drinking water and crystal light mix drinks instead of soda. But is their a certain diet that can help me out more? I heard of the fiber diet, grape fruit diet, acai berry diet, green tea diet.
But which one would fit my goal? It doesn’t necessarily have to be the examples i showed up above it could be something you would recommend.
