So the thing is, I’m 13, male, 5’5, and 120 pounds. I eat 1300 calories a day. If i lose more weight i could become underweight which i don’t want to happen, so is there a way to gain weight with muscle, BUT lose fat at the same time(i have a fat looking stomach and still need to get rid of it) how do i do this? how many calories should i eat to do this? any tips? thanks
I’m 30 years old and i weigh 273 lbs. I’m 6’2" so I don’t really LOOK like I weigh 273 ( most people think I weigh around 250). Anyway, how many calories should I eat per day to gain muscle and lose fat? Should my diet be completely balanced or should I load up on carbs or protein? HELP!!!
