I’m 26 years old and weigh about 165-170 and am 5’4” in height.

I’ll be running/walking just about every which will burn anywhere from 200-400 calories a day.

I know I have to eat enough calories for my workouts and I know I have to eat enough to lose weight as crazy as it sounds lol but I’m trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks in advance.

i just bought myself a wii fit and i have just started to use it and it tells you a estimate of how many calories you have lost. so how much calories should you burn a day to lose weight?

and don’t try to suggest pills or whatever is out there, i want fat loss without pills.

I am a 14 year old guy that weighs around 80 pounds. I have a round butt which I want to make flat. And a small belly, I am not anywhere near chubby. How many calories should I eat per meal to lose the fat on my stomach and butt to make them flat?

I am on a diet and in about 10 lbs. I will be at my target weight. Once I get to my target weight what amount of calories can I consume in a day to maintain my weight?

I need to lose about 60 lbs. (just had twins)
and I am going to go on a real low cal diet to speed the process but how many calories should I consume on this diet? I have started the raw vegitarain diet. Whats too low of calories and to high?

So yesterday I posted a question asking if you give your child whole milk or 2%. I got a lot of pretty judgemental answers because I give my 13 month old 2% since he gets fats from foods. So what I want to know (hopefully from those same people that jumped down my throat) exactly how much fat and how many calories should a small child be consuming. Thanks to those who know.
