So the thing is, I’m 13, male, 5’5, and 120 pounds. I eat 1300 calories a day. If i lose more weight i could become underweight which i don’t want to happen, so is there a way to gain weight with muscle, BUT lose fat at the same time(i have a fat looking stomach and still need to get rid of it) how do i do this? how many calories should i eat to do this? any tips? thanks

Also is there another way to make face be slimer like an excercise? Also how many sit ups I should do to make my stomach be flat. I usually do 50 a day or should I do more? My legs do not have much fat on them especially my calves. My thighs do have some but its looks proportionate. I feel like my calves have been getting bigger. I go to the gym 3 times a week usually and do the stairmaster and a precor cross ramp. I am trying to lose weight and love food, so i have to exercise. I do not want my legs to get any bigger though, so what can i do?
