So me and my significant other are in an argument about the wright of human hair. It started by her saying she lost 2 pounds due to the fact that she got her hair cut, which was a quite a lot hair but it was nothing like Rapunzel had. Now, I disagree with her saying that it cannot simply weigh 2 pounds, even for a good amount of it and that her weight loss is due to other factors like dieting and such, which we are both currently doing.

So, any opinions on this? Factual evidence is greatly appreciate!

Thanks!

Hi, I’m trying to lose some weight cause I’ve put maybe 30 pounds on in the past year and that’s not very good. I have accumulated a lot of fat on my stomach, my chest, and on my butt and thighs. By the way, I’m a male.

What are some things that I can do to lose fat in those areas? I know I should do cardio, but what are some weight exercises I can do? Thanks.

I have a lot of fat on my chest and stomach. I was wondering if it helps to like workout my chest and do abs if i want to lose fat off those parts. I dont want my chest to get bigger, I just want to lose the fat and make it look cut. The same with my stomach.

Currently I’m 5’5 an a half, and 175lbs. I hold most of fat on my stomach and my breasts. My arms and legs are relatively small for my weight. I don’t really have any ‘rolls’ on my back, but this is wear I’m getting my next tattoo. The tattoo goes from my lower back to the shoulder blades and a little on the side (near ribs). It’s a fairly large tattoo, but I’m worried that if I lose weight (I’m not looking to lose a lot of weight, max about 20-30 pounds, and looking to lose it slowly. Also, in the distanced future (VERY DISTANT) I want to have children. Will the pregnancy stretch or distort my tattoo in any way? Or will the loss of weight morph the tattoo?

I’ve heard that there’s a chance, but it’s unlikely, but I wonder if there’s anyone with experience who knows for a fact that it will/won’t ruin the tattoo?
Please actually READ what I wrote before you answer! KKTHANKS!
I’m losing the weight REALLY slowly – over a large span of time – probably about a year or two.
I’m 18, just for the record.
