I’m thinking about replacing red meat with white meat in my diet. I’ve read that white meat has less fat and saturated fat than red meat, but I’m not sure if it will be worth it. I’d like to know any benefits and disadvantages to this diet.

I have been stressed out in the past 4 months with school. The tests and grades are really stressing me out wich has led me to overeat. I have put on 10lbs and really want to lose them. I’ll follow the diet, but then I’ll give in and binge an put on even more weight. I really want to lose the weight and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a diet plan. I don’t eat meat and want a diet plan that is like 1200 calories.

i try to eat better than i used to before pregnancy but its hard. i drink a lot of water and milk, try to eat a banana or some grapes everyday, maybe some wheat bread sometimes..some honey bunches of oats cereal, eggs. i try to fit meat into my diet daily but its hard sometimes. i take a prenatal everyday. im just feeling really stressed about eating perfect..am i doing fine?

I can’t eat meat, because when I do I just picture the animal in my mind and I adore animals. I know how they are treated and it’s just wrong. I already don’t buy products tested on animals, but lately I’ve been wanting to cut meat out of my diet. I’m only worried about the effects it would have on my health. If I don’t eat meat, what should I add into my diet?
