Hey guys, so I really need help with weight loss. I am 16 years old, I’m a girl, and I weigh 158 pounds. I keep trying to eat healthy, but it’s not helping. Ever since I was little, I have only drunk water and milk. I don’t drink soda or other soft drinks, ever. I have a really low heart rate, so it makes it harder for me to burn calories. My doctor has been perscribing me different medications to help my heart rate for about 6 years now. However, nothing has made a dramatic difference and I dont see any physical changes. I go to the gym, and have been for 4 years now, but it dosen’t seem to help.

For nutrition, I eat very healthy. I am not the kind of person who will go out and eat fast food just because its easier. I don’t ever eat sweets or candy. I do not eat meat (only seafood), because I strongly believe in animal rights. The thing is, every time I try something for weight loss it requires me to eat throughout the day. I cannot do this due to the medication I take, which requires that I do not eat. I can only eat a very small amount in the morning, and then eat a regular amount around 4 in the afternoon, when the medication starts to ware off.

Please help me, what am I doing wrong!?
Thanks. :)

I’ve been told that when ever a person has ezcema and psoriasis and things like that, that there is some sort of nutrient deficiency in there diet.

I have dark, dry,and blotchy spots on some areas of the arms and some on legs caused from a mild case of ezcema.I’ve tried lotions ,vitamins, and even dietry supplements and still haven’t found anything to target the problem. What could I be lacking in my diet that causes this? And what can help Clear this up.

I’m no interested in prescribed medication, which is a temporary fix.I would like to find a natural treatment.Thanks.

I have been on these diet pills for a week and have lost weight. Rumor has it, if you go off the pills and then try to go back on them they will not be as effective. Furthermore, I know it would be harmful to take tylenol and diet pills as on the tylenol package it says "do not take with diet pills".

HELP!

*please do not lecture on the usage of diet pills -i just need a suggestion to cure my sickness without the use of medication and the continuation of diet pills.

i want to try diet as the means to help my son control his adhd symptoms. i do not want to medicate him as i have had a nephew that was on alot of different kinds of medicines and he ended up taking his own life. i firmly believe i can help him by simply changing his diet.

I have been on methadone for over a year now and have gained weight ever since I started taking it. I have never had such a hard time losing weight. Does anyone else relate?

Ok granted, might seem like a stupid question, but I’ve been looking through some old pictures of mine where I used to be thin and my acne scars were not so apparent as they are today. In case you’re wondering, no I haven’t had anymore acne from then on, I’ve been on medication and cream.

So, if a person is fat and has acne scars does losing weight make it look less deep.

BQ. Does dieting "Healthily" help relieve acne scars?
