I do MMA so I’m very active. I workout hard about two times a day. I still have some body fat, though, and I want to know how to lose it so I can weight less, making it easier to cut weight for a fight. It’s hard to diet due to the limited selection of restaurants that don’t serve fast food, and I don’t have the money to continuously buy healthy food. Tips and advice would be great. Thanks!

So, the hippest, swinging most party is next weekend, and I want to look the best I possibly can look.

I’m not talking about weight. I can loss a few pounds, but that isn’t my concern.

I want good looking skin, good looking hair, good looking teeth. I want to generally look better.

I need to purchase a new suit for a few events I have coming up within the next few months. The problem is, I have gained a bit of weight and plan on taking some off. I don’t wear suits often, so I don’t really want to drop the money on a new suit that I can’t wear in a few months.

I plan on dropping 15-20 pounds. My question is, if I buy a suit at my current weight is it possible it will still fit me after the weight loss if I have it tailored, or will it be too big?

Just for reference, I am 5’11 and currently weight about 195 pounds. I’d like to drop down to 175-180. I was at this weight a year or so ago, but let things creep up with some bad discipline.

My current jacket size is about a 43R. Can I buy one now and still wear it after I lose the weight?
I can’t really get one for motivation, that would be a bit too expensive.

Also, my wedding is coming up next year and that is plenty of motivation to drop a few pounds.

My entire life, I’ve been into body modification. For about 2 years I’ve put thought into what tattoo I’d like to get as my first and planned on whenever I had the money, I would get it done. My problem is that I’m now on the path to getting gastric bypass. Talking to family members about getting a tattoo, they suggest waiting until after surgery, so the tattoo doesn’t distort or anything. I understand that aspect of it, but I was wondering if anyone has any first-hand experience with it? The tattoo I want to get is "Vita Va Avante" on the upper-outer edge of my forearm. To me, that area doesn’t seem like it will sag or anything, but I may be wrong.

If the area of the tattoo won’t be affected, I just have to get a good argument to present to people that I won’t regret my decision.
