Im 16 years old weight 252 pounds. I play football and I bench 260 and squat 400.. I want to look thinner i Know people say just do cardio I do its just that im afraid of getting weaker. How do the pros do it? they look thin but strong as hell. so basically I just want to lose belly fat.

Like seriously, if your body isn’t healthy on the inside, it won’t look healthy on the outside (except for people who are not prone to acne, as in it’s not really in their family) but I used to eat like crap and my skin showed it. When I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and no junk, my skin is clear and glowing!

I’m 7 months post pregnancy and am trying to lose another 20 pounds or so(I’ve lost 45 so far and am smaller than I was pre pregnancy but i’m just barely a healthy weight right now). I’m 5’2" and a size 4/6 right now, shooting for a 2/4 with the final weight loss (i weigh about 25-30 pounds more than most people guess I do).

How can I make myself look thinner while I finish losing the rest of the weight?
