I’m 30 years old and i weigh 273 lbs. I’m 6’2" so I don’t really LOOK like I weigh 273 ( most people think I weigh around 250). Anyway, how many calories should I eat per day to gain muscle and lose fat? Should my diet be completely balanced or should I load up on carbs or protein? HELP!!!
Im a little on the husly side, However i wana lose it by creating muscle not just fat burning. I dont have to much time for the gym considering my busy schedual. What should i do? Also can i take any powder to help grow creatine? protein? Im already dieting and i havent seen great results in the last month. Any advice?
