How can I make my sweat smell not so bad? I have a good diet, never drink alcohol or smoke, eat veggies everyday and workout 3 x a week. Are there any supplements I can take, or certain foods I can eat that will change the smell of my sweat or make it not as strong? I am not going to go on a vegetarian diet as I workout and eat quite a bit of protein.
Skittles answer was incorrect. The enzymes in raw food do not help us to digest the food. Enzymes are proteins and HCL in teh stomach at PH-2 denatures the enzymes, doing what it was meant to do. I am studying nutrition at uni.
I just started a new diet counting calories and making sure my fat intake is the reccomended 30% or less of calories consumed. Is this a healthy effective way of losing weight? Do I need to keep track of carbs, proteins, etc or is it safe to assume that if the fat intake is less than 30% of my calories everything I’m eating is good for me. (I’m eating a 1200-1500 calorie diet with total fat ranging from 9-12 grams)
Im trying to eat healthy. But I really want to know how to maintain a balanced diet. For example:how much of each of this should I have in my body daily, sodium, proteins, carbs, etc.I just want an idea of how much of this I should have in my body daily,so I could stay healthy and loose weight,I dont want to go over carbs and stuff like that anymore, since Im working out,I don wanted to be in vain.I would really appreciate if you guys could tell me some foods that I should avoid or drinks. Thanks!!
