I have changed my diet according to my trainer. I exercise, changed my posture, I’ve never had kids, but I just can’t lose the fat below my Belly button. I am 5’8 and 135lbs. so I am not over weight, but that seems to be the area where I put the weight on. Can genetics be the reason why I can’t slim down that area, or get a six-pack? Will surgery help me at all?

The main reason being for me to lose fat is because I don’t like my face structure and I want my cheekbones to show..
I’m underweight but I don’t mind losing fat in my body while trying to lose fat on my face.

I am trying to lose 80 pounds in 6 months and gain 20 pouds of muscle within this time period. At 280 pounds I am on a 2500 calorie diet and I am taking herbs to increase my testosterone levels. The reason I am doing is that I was told testosterone increases muscle mass and burns fat. However because I am on a low-calorie diet I would like to know if I would experience this effect of gaining muscle mass or no and why?

I read a paragraph on a web site that sugar can cause acne, and I think thats the main reason why I have acne, so what can I eat that has a little sugar in it, but won’t make my acne worse?
I’m gonna cut out choclate, and I don’t really drink soda, and for sweet tea, I’m gonna use Splenda.

I have pondered for years about getting a tattoo (I am currently 23.) and I have always hesitated upon getting one.
The main reason is because I’ve been planning to lose weight but I don’t want the tattoo to become smaller than it was or disfigured.
So I was wondering what others thought might be the best spot that is least affected by weight loss (and gain) for tattoos?

I have thought about the ankle, the foot, and the wrist, but those (unfortunately) are all places I’d rather not have a tattoo.
This is going to be a big step for me, as I want to figure out where I want the tattoo first before actually picking out what I want. That way it might be easier for me to think up a design that I want.
Also, I know that every body is different when it comes to losing weight. Some lose it more up top, where as others lose it more down below. I’m just trying to get a general idea on where it might be best.

Thanks to everyone who helps! :D

www.scoobysworkshop.com Men and women alike have trouble removing fat in the love handle and belly region, the reason is, this is the first place fat is stored when you start gaining weight and its the last place the fat comes off when you lose weight. The leaner you get, the harder it is to lose fat because the body wants to keep those last energy reservers for survival purposes. If you try brute force dieting to get rid of that last bit of fat which is stored in the love handles and over the lower abs, you will end up burning off muscle as well as fat – not what we want! What I’m gonna show you in this video is how to get ripped without burning off muscle by using carb cycling. And when your bodyfat is low enough, the last fat stores are removed and for most people, that is the love handles and over the lower abs. This is not spot fat removal, there is no such thing! Carb cycling is an amazing fat loss technique, its not a fad diet, its fine tuning of the zig zag diet developed by Dr Fred Hatfield several decades ago but its not for everyone. If you have more than 20lbs to lose, just good old fashioned nutrition and exercise is all thats required to lose weight. Where carb cycling shines is for those who are already fairly lean, those with 2-pack or 4-pack abs who just cant seem to get any leaner. Carb cycling is perfect for this, it helps you go from lean to ripped without loss of muscle. I’m more ripped now because I have been following my own carb cycling plan! I
