How much weight do you have to lose to drop 2 dress sizes?
I am currently an 8 and 5’7, and I want to be a 4. So approximately how many pounds would I need to lose?
I’m going to be swimming 4x a week (1hr+ each time, fairly slow to medium pace. i love it so i will definitely keep that up.) kickboxing 2x a week for 1hr each time, and a 1.5hr yoga session, plus a 1400-1600 calorie diet (i need 2200cals on a normal day not factoring in excersise)
I gain muscle really, really, REALLY easily so factoring in muscle gain, about how much would I need to lose on the scales to fit a 4? (i’m about 145 now)
and yeah, i am hoping for miracle answers in beauty and style, but that’s because every answer you get in diet and fitness is for acai berry/weight loss pill spam.
