I’m 19 years old, and nothing i mean nothing will stop me from thinking I’m okay at this size even my friends say I look good, and I’m pretty. But my mom since i was small told me i was fat, and ugly. Always. My friends say otherwise and i feel like their lying. I’m a girl, i weigh 182, 5’7. Yes I’m overweight but eating healthy and exercising :) I use to weigh 200 bleh. My confidence is going up. But I’m still not happy. I have this attitude that i won’t wear nice clothes until I’m thin. I will buy clothes but not like pretty clothes. I’ll wear jackets, tie my hair up. I guess cover myself up. I wish i could change this about myself because i seen girls more overweight than me and their all pretty clothes, have boyfriends, and etc. Just seem confident. My mom judgment has been tough on me. I have low self confidence. My best friend, she so pretty but low self esteem. She get’s compliments. Guys are always after her. I keep comparing myself to her. :/ I need advice to change for the better. What to do? i still have 40-50 pounds to go.
I feel like she higher in beauty, and i will never ever be as pretty as her I’ll always be the ugly one. :/

Hi, I’m 5’2 and recently went from 175 lb to 144 lb. How noticeable will this weight loss is? I don’t think I look that different, but maybe that’s because I have low self confidence ^^

I am 21, college student, 225lbs. I have always struggled with weight and self confidence issues. I am wanting to get down to around 180, mainly muscle. I am trying to figure out how to over come my laziness and lack of self motivation and self dedication to actually start losing weight. Just any insight of what may have helped you, or things you may know that would help would be much appreciated.

I am a 19 year old college student, and on October 24th, 2007 I decided to turn my life around. I was obese, depressed, and was lacking in self confidence. Now, as of February 17th, 2008 I am over 50 pounds lighter; having dropped 6 pant sizes, and two shirt sizes- I will do whatever it takes to not get back to where i was. How did I do it you might ask? – Hardwork, determination, and moral support. if you wanna ask me specifically how i lost it or need some motivation don’t be afraid to ask- (this is part two)
