Can you tell the things I should focus on? 8.Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it? 9.Stretch marks… We pretty much all have them no matter what size we are, but have you found anything to work on them really well? I drink alot of soda and i was on topical acne cream for 3 months, it helped a bit but i still have acne.
I need to refrain from touching my face or picking any pimples correct?
And if i stop drinking soda, and drink more water, and wash my face daily before bed or whatever, will my face clear up?
I wash my face twice every day. Ive used ProActive. Now i started using Acne Free. I dont drink soda, barely eat chocolate or sweets and I still get pimples. Now Im getting whiteheads which is worse cuz they look like bumps on my forehead.
I dont eat junk food
So far I’ve cut out soda and juice to replace it with water and I’m doing sit ups to tone my abdomen. What are some fun at home cardio work outs I can do to help lose fat around my stomach? I’m 14 by the way.
I’ve been having breakouts around my mouth and just the general facial area so my mom said I should eat more fruit and veggies, I tried laying off of the soda and I’ve been feeling a lot better in general. Are there any other foods or dietary tips that could make my skin clear up (or any other recommendations) or any foods that will make me feel more energized/happier?
I’m 15. I wanna get a six pack but I need to burn off the fat (I can feel my muscles when I do crunches).
I want to get them by the end of this summer (three months) and I run twice a week, 4 miles (two miles under 20 twenty minutes).
I have some fat and love handles but I have toned legs and thighs and I weigh like 160.
I haven’t drank soda for months and try to eat healthy and drink medium amounts of water.
I cannot diet well because my parents don’t listen and mostly buy only junk food.
I have a busy schedule.
