www.therenegadehealthshow.com – I get a lot of questions about raw food… I feel that I’m extremely qualified to answer them to a certain degree, since we practice a high raw diet. But, I also know my limits… I can’t talk about how to succeed on a 100% raw food diet for an extended period of time because I’m not in that particular category. This show will speak specifically on the raw food diet, where to start, when I pass the torch and give some information about erroneous citations of studies (that is rampant in the community… to be fair, ANY community!) to back up the 100% raw food diet.
