reducemywaistline.com It is important that when starting on any weight loss program, one should be positive enough to work for the results. Some people get impatient easily but long term effects are assured as long as one sticks to the weight loss plan at hand. Tags: best exercise…
I have been dieting and on a weight loss plan for about two months now and have lost 10 pounds and decreased my body fat from 22% to 12%, I need to lose 5 more pounds of fat or lose a couple pounds of fat and gain a couple pounds of muscle in order to get to 8% body fat, i have been at this for a couple weeks and can’t get over the hump.
This is weird, but every time I lose a chunk of kilos (really like 3 kilos) and my friend notices that I lost weight, I feel self-conscious. I only have about 12 pounds (6 kilos) to lose, so it’s no big deal, but I do look thinner. The attention, though, makes me so nervous, it actually interferes with my weight loss plan–like I don’t want to lose any more weight not to attract any more attention? Go figure! what’s wrong with me? By the way, I’m the same with dressing up, if I dress up too nicely, and if I attract attention, I cannot keep it up for long, I go back to dressing more plainly. I was talking to my younger sister about this, and we came up with the idea of having me dress up for a long time (I should make myself do that) until I get used to getting compliments, and then sort of forget about being nervous if I attract attention (so be it). Advice please, this is a real problem, I’m not kidding.
Thanks for all the answers. Jasmine, you said the magic phrase "get out of our shells". My shell is thin, I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, but STILL I like to be in that shell for no logical reason. I think that will remain an awkward choice that I’m forcing on myself as a sort of ill self esteem, or even vague punishment. Must work through these feelings. Thanks for sharing :)
www.paulymath.com – In this second episode of The Paulymath Show I discuss Time Management, reviewing several time management products and a new book that blows the rest of them out of the water. I also discuss my plans to get Live Blood Analysis done and to put a Rapid Weight Loss plan into action. Part 1 of 3.
Hi, if anyone’s willing to help, I really need a good weight loss plan. Please don’t tell me to just eat healthy and exercise. I obviously know that. I need to know how much I should exercise. What should I do each day? How long should I do it for? What different exercises should I do? I need one that I can do at a local gym.
I need to lose about 20 pounds so how much with a plan can I lose per week/per month? The deadline is by the end of summer and i want to start next weekend since I’m swamped with state tests this week.
Also I am 13 years old. I’m 5’4" tall and I weigh 140-143(depends on the day).
fastestweightlosstips.org fast weight loss programs that lost 21 ponds in 21 days This is my PROMISE: You CAN loose weight super-fast without suppressing your cravings or changing your life-style. I’ve been there AND I would never want to go back to that body AGAIN! FACTS: Fact one: There should be no reason why a person is fat or obese. People tend to think that being fat is due to thyroid problems, bad genetics, being big-boned, and inactivity. AND I TELL YOU, these are not facts. THESE ARE EXCUSES. Fact two: 90% of all diets fail! It happened to me. The reason why most normal diets fail is the followers themselves quit! Commitment to the diet may play a part. But there must be something that keeps them off! So we try another type of diet, lose weight, then stop, gain back the weight again and try another one. And once we gain back the weight, we get discouraged. When this keeps happening, we might give it up all together. Does this sound true to you? A diet that works is one that is balanced nutritionally! It should not take something away from you. It should include key ingredients that will give your body nutrients for it to be able to do what it has to do! Fact three: An inside secret to help burn our belly fat is cycling our calories. Most diets really reduce our calories BUT lower our metabolic rates in return. Those diets ACTUALLY reduce energy levels and make us feel less active which burn the calories LESS. It actually works AGAINST itself. The weight loss plan …
