I’m going to be getting a membership at Lifetime Fitness next Friday and right now I’m using my 7-day trial

I’m 15 and I want to lose around 10-20 pounds and I have till the end of July to do it because after that I’m canceling my membership since school volleyball will start and I’ll have no time.

I’m not exactly sure what I should do when I work out and what I should eat.

I want to make my waist smaller and tighter and make my legs lean. Also, I kinda have a big butt…so how can I make it smaller?

What machines should I use and for how long? How much should I weight lift and what areas do I lift more in?

I wanna go back to school in August feeling confident.

alright, so i made my mom this deal that if i loose 30 lbs i could get my cartlage pierced. and she said fine. so im on this weight loss plan with a trainer and everything(not just cuz the piercing) but becasue i need to loose weight im like 190 and i need to be 160. so i was wandering also. i will probably get it done at claires. and u get a hoop like a lil silver one there? and does it hurt, not that i really care but…you know. and p.s. i want my cartlage pieced like left top, its cute. haha thankyou(:

Hi, thanks for looking at my question. My name is Autumn and I’m 18 years old. My issue is that I’m sick and tired of being overweight. I have many reasons to lose weight and I am finally ready to get going. I have tried so many diets which have failed. I really need someone to break it down for me and show me how to lose weight…I need a weight loss plan. I just really would like someone to tell me what I should be eating and doing for exercise.

OTHER INFO:

I need to lose 50 pounds in 2-3 months. (I know this is extremely hard, but it is possible.) I just don’t know what I should exactly be doing to acheive this goal. I currently weigh 238 and I am 5’7.

I have a gym membership at ballys.

I would like my meal plan to consist of easy to prepare foods, preferrably microwaveable frozen foods and canned foods as well as fruits/veggies.

Basically, I need a meal plan and exercise plan for the gym so I can lose 50 pounds very quickly….I need an INTENSE, hard to follow weight loss plan since I need to lose a drastic amount of weight quickly.

I’m a guy that going into 8th grade next year and i have a plan to get a 7 month makeover. I’m obese, and i don’t exactly have a good looking face, but my problems on my face i can take care of, and i have a plan about the obesity, i will also get a better style. I’m planning to be finished with the makeover during winter break. Do you think i’ll get peoples attentions? How do you think the people in my school will react? I really wanna know! Also don’t write down answers like dont change yourself for someone else please :] I know that i will meet people because of my new look but then they will get to know me and my cute personality (not conceited). I know ill look really hot.

Ok so im 14 years old, 236 lbs, 5’8, Obese. Im gonna start a 210 day weight loss plan that includes, classic p90x, 15 min weights, 10 in cardio, P.E(freakin difficult ugh), and walking a lot, not to mention having a good diet. I will also do lots of weight trainin!

Is it even remotely possible for an eight grade to have a body like that?

and another question: Do girls like it when a guy in middle school has a ripped body and muscle and isnt scrawny?like a body like taylor lautner instead of a medium scrawny guy?

BTW: I KNOW I WONT LOOK LIKE TAYLOR LAUTNER I JUST WANT TO HAVE A BODY LIKE HIS AND I WILL WORK HARD FOR IT PLUS HE WAS ONLY 16 WHEN HE GOT THAT BODY SO THATS LIKE A 2 YEAR DIFFERENCE AND I KNOW GUYS WHO ARE 14 AND HAVE A BODY LIKE HIS!
